It is best to check directly with the Medical Information Bureau on this. The website is All the information you want is on this page including contact numbers for any questions you have that are not listed and how to order your file.
Tmedical information bureauhey also have information on how to dispute any information you believe is erroneously listed in your file. I believe they only share the information with member companies. Therefore they would probably not provide it to a lawyer or judge unless they had a warrant.
