You need to remember that this is a public site visited by millions of users from all over the world. Which means that you will get a broad spectrum of people answeringask the question, including those that don't know how to behave well. After all, the world IS full of such folks so why should this site be any different? When you get 'non' like that,ask the question just use the "Report Abuse" link to report them, as they ARE violations. Enough of that and hopefully they will begin to learn to behave better.
