I just bought a bottle of Omega-3 fish oil pills but it doesn't say how to take them. I would think that you would just swallow them with water, but on the bottle it says "New Lemon Flavor."

Why Would it say "New Exciting Lemon Flavor" when I'm goinwhy take fish oil pillsg to be swallowing them and not tasting them anyway?

U are correct - just take them with water. They must put the "New Exciting Lemon Flavor" on the package to get people scared of the fishy taste or after taste.

I would like to suggewhy take fish oil pillsst that you make sure you get your fish oil or omega 3 supplement from a reputable manufactuerer. Fish oil canhave high levels of contaminants - such as mercury, pcb's and other heavy metals.
